James runs Pound 4 Pound Fitness and will help you reach your full potential. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just get stronger and fitter to help with the challenges of day to day life, James is your man.
With a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, qualifications in Boxing, Kickboxing
and Kettlebell training, plus a wealth of training experience, James will
help you set and reach goals in a fun and easygoing environment. Whether
you are training outdoors in the sunshine, or in the studio on the Lower
North Shore of Sydney, you will build the knowledge that you need to be
the best that you can be. As well as working up a sweat of course!
