Pound 4 Pound Fitness is not your average personal training company

We have a philosophy behind everything we do, and that philosophy revolves around education. Rather than try and lock you into a contract, our end goal is to provide you with the education so that you can leave us and train safely on your own - whilst still achieving results!

Our plan is to make every session unique, and so much fun that you'll want to keep coming back for more, but if you haven't learnt at least one new thing by the end of the session, then we haven't been doing our job.

Being fit and healthy isn't a hobby, or something that is limited to one or two PT sessions a week - it's a lifestyle, something that should be considered in everything that you do. We aim to teach you not only the physical aspects to make this possible, but the mental aspects too.
